Return & Exchange Policy – Muski Store
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
At Muski Store, we ensure that every parcel is carefully checked before dispatch.
However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Conditions
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
• You must share an unboxing video or clear pictures as proof.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size issues or color differences caused by lighting or screen effects.
3. Process
• Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM within 24 hours.
• Share your order number, pictures/video, and reason for return or exchange.
• Once approved, our team will guide you on how to send the parcel back.
4. Shipping Costs
• In case of a wrong or damaged item, Muski Store will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other valid exchanges (such as design change), the customer will bear the delivery charges.
5. Refunds
• We currently offer exchange only, not cash refunds.
• If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose another item of the same value.
