Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Local Delivery (within city): 1–3 working days
Nationwide Delivery: 3–6 working days
Remote Areas: 5–8 working days (depending on courier availability)

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat delivery fee of PKR 250 all over Pakistan.

For parcels weighing more than 1 kg, an additional PKR 100 per kg will be charged.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan.

Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct at the time of order.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp for confirmation.

Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to track your parcel.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
