All orders must be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
Muski Store reserves the right to cancel any unverified or suspicious order.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.
Prices may change without prior notice due to market or currency fluctuations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.
Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days, depending on your location.

6. Returns & Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges in case of wrong, damaged, or defective items.
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by sharing an unboxing video or clear pictures.
No returns will be accepted without proper proof.
